Ivory enameled loose powder compact by Helena Rubinstein. I am not entirely sure of the era for this smart little compact but I am guessing 1930s because of the clean deco lines. The material is brass with ivory enameled stripes on the lid. Rectangular in shape, it measures 3" x  2". The bottom is machine tooled. Inside is a flip top powder compartment with original sifter screen and puff. The mirror has beveled edges. 

The condition is beautiful no nicks to the enamel, no dents or scratches. The bottom has a teeny bit of wear, really minimal. The mirror inside is clear and bright but there is a tiny nick on the edge.
