During the mid 1980s color was important.
From jewel tones to neon brights it was all about color for a while. Designers experimented with all kinds of combinations. Such liberties were sometimes disastrous with clothing and are better forgotten but the shoes that came from this time were often WONDERFUL. The stiletto made a comeback and so did the pointy toe. Sexy and colorful. What fun!
The body of this shoe is a deep amethyst suede. It is detailed at the heel and toe with light caramel leather. Rounded point toe and stiletto heel. Leather lining and sole the makers name is Rodina Ferragamo Schiavone.
