Please Note: Our online ordering process is safe and secure. All credit card data is handled over a secure connection and the credit card data is destroyed immediately after processing.
Your order will be confirmed by e-mail All orders are reserved on a first come first serve basis.
Pay Pal payments must be completed within 24 hours of the sale or the order will be canceled. On check orders we will hold items for 5 days. If check or money orders are not received within this time we will e-mail you as a reminder. If we do not hear back from you within 24 hours of sending the reminder the reserve will be lifted, the sale canceled and the item put back up for sale. If something has prevented you from responding and you do decide to make the purchase we ask that you pay by credit card. Check orders will be shipped as soon as your check clears. This is usually 7-10 business days. We do not accept checks from outside the US but we do accept wire transfers.
Credit card sales can ONLY be shipped to the address your bank has on file, which is the address that your bill goes to. If you would like a package sent to another address you can call the number on the back of your card and have them add this address as an alternative shipping destination. Please understand that this is done for your protection to prevent credit card fraud.

Return Policy
Full price items are returnable unless they are being shipped via an expedited service. We do not accept returns or give refunds on any order which has been shipped via express or overnight shipping methods. Please choose your purchases with care, if you have questions, don't hesitate to ask by e-mailing us at tangerinboutique@aol.com .
Returnable items may be returned within 3 days of receipt. We always ship orders with delivery confirmation to avoid discrepancy about the date it arrives to you. Shipping costs will not be refunded and we reserve the right to add a restocking fee of 15% or a minimum of $5.00. We require that you e-mail us of your intention to return. Any unannounced returns may be subject to a larger return fee. Again, to avoid the expense and time a return may cost you please don't hesitate to e-mail us with questions before ordering. We value your business and want you to be happy with your purchases.
To return an item, repackage and mail with insurance within 3 days of your receiving it. Returned items must not have been worn or damaged. Sale items and items shipped with expedited services are Final
A 5% sales tax will be calculated for Massachusetts residents when you submit your order
